IVE LIVED AT MY APARTMENT FOR MORE THAN 30YRS. I CAME TO STAY HERE BECUASE OF LOCATION. CLOSE TO MY JOB AND BUS AND I LIKE THE STORES AND FOOD THAT ARE CLOSE. Pleasantly surprised with our experience adjusting from owning homes to suddenly renting an apartment. I hate saying it but my wife and I were really dreading apartment life, but because our home sold much quicker than expected, we were left with no other choice to find housing and fast! Derby Run has been very accommodating. We were closing on our house soon and the manager worked hard to make sure that our apartment was ready on the exact date we needed to move. Moved here over a year ago. Decidin to renew my lease. The place is easy on my wallet, and i havent had to expeience any real issues. Pretty good service these guys give. The wife flushed some things down the toilet that she shouldnt nd they were over within the hour to fix it. They got it together
I'm getting a lot for my money at Derby Run, which for most apartments is not always the case. It is an ok neighborhood, with lots of trees and space plus a pool. I like the easy floor plan is well laid out and makes the most of space. There is usually a waiting list here, so obviously it has something to offer for this area. These were nice people that referred me over to another property they own bc they were full at the time. I also love the apt they sent me to!
Best place to live for a family! MAintainence service is great. Once I locked the door and missed keys , I called them after 9 pm .these guys did turn up responded within 15 mins . Snow clearance in pathway/parking lot -they do very promptly based on the needs. Love the pool in the summer and I bring company with me. Its safe place for my kids to play outside with other kids and neighbors are friendly Great people and great place to call home. So close to everything
The office staff is nice because they care about their residents. They have gone above and beyond on one or two occasions in the two plus years I have been here. Im glad they don't ignore the residents.
