The mice are not only in the walls but have also been found in the stove, making it clear that this is an ongoing issue rather than an isolated incident. Poor management threatens tenants with 100% every apartment that never happen and most maintenance visits are days late or no show. If it were a 3 story building it would probably collapse due to the poor plumbing. They need mold detectors

Best income based Apartments in Broken Arrow/Tulsa area. The office staff are proffesional, friendly and they all actually care for their residents. They do alot of activities for the kids. I can't wait for the pool opening party!!
