DO NOT rent from these apartments. There’s so much bad to say. Roach, mold and water turned off every week for hours galore! Maintenance never show up, and when they do, they only do “temporary” fixes. Mold grows from the air vents, the water in the bathtub keeps leaking hot water and when they do come and fix it, it’s months later and it’s always a temporary fix. we worked for derby estates in the winter and early spring of 2019. it's now nearly 9 months later still waiting on pay. but you be late on rent and your paying a late fee or being evicted. everyone I've talked with there has lied to me. so you think they won't lie to you? They'll tell you whatever it takes to get your money.
Constant issues with water being shut off. When you go to the office with a repair request it takes months to get resolved and nobody over there cares nobody. Maintenance has a horrible attitude like you’re putting them out and they leave a mess every time they come.
Maintence staff is rude and only oatches up things. promised this and that but gets nothing orkin man supposed to come never does.
Derby estate doesn't care about you or your family. I wouldn't recommend any one to move there and when my lease is up, i will be moving, been here for over 10 years but the new management is disrespectful and has no compassion for you or your family. My stove caught fire and they wouldn't even replace it with a new stove they gave me a used stove from another apartment.
