I got a referral form for Deppro through BankWest, but they could only do an online assessment as they didn’t have any assessor’s locally + they needed the floor plans from the council + recent rental inspection reports and also photos of the property. I thought that was too much of a hassle. Didn’t proceed. Overall for me, didn’t seem very easy to deal with.

I made a call to their brisbane number today. The receptionist was rude and unpleasant service. I made a call to other service providers. The first contact for the customer service was totally different era. I cannot make any comments about their professional work because I eventually didn't engage the service with here.

Deppro was recommended by my buyers agent. After paying the fee to do an inspection of the property to do a tax depreciation schedule, they called me to advise it wasn't worthy to do it and offered a refund. Giving 5 stars for being professional and have a very competitive price.

DepPro was recommended by a closest friend and never failed me! Very professional service and accommodating customer service. I will highly recommended and will be happy to do business with them in the future.
