I would never recommend this company. I ordered a tax depreciation schedule and initially had an inspection time booked, which the inspector then cancelled. I was told I would receive a call back within 2–3 days — that never happened. After that, my calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and the inspector stopped responding altogether. I got a referral form for Deppro through BankWest, but they could only do an online assessment as they didn’t have any assessor’s locally + they needed the floor plans from the council + recent rental inspection reports and also photos of the property. I thought that was too much of a hassle. Didn’t proceed. Overall for me, didn’t seem very easy to deal with.

I made a call to their brisbane number today. The receptionist was rude and unpleasant service. I made a call to other service providers. The first contact for the customer service was totally different era. I cannot make any comments about their professional work because I eventually didn't engage the service with here.

Deppro was recommended by my buyers agent. After paying the fee to do an inspection of the property to do a tax depreciation schedule, they called me to advise it wasn't worthy to do it and offered a refund. Giving 5 stars for being professional and have a very competitive price.
