I recently moved out of Depot Square Flats and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The apartment itself was extremely dusty and appeared to have mold issues. My family and I constantly struggled with allergy symptoms while living there, which was very concerning. Before my lease had even ended — with about two full weeks remaining — maintenance entered my unit, moved in a utility cart, began painting, and disposed of some of my personal belongings without my permission. Love the apartments when Natalie was the property manager, but after she left, and Lisa became the property manager, the place went to shit. The new maintenance man is also rude our AC was out for three weeks straight. We had told him about it every single day that it wasn’t working and he said that he fixed it and never did. Would also would say we were lying (very professional) we had to go out and buy our own AC unit to put in there because it was hot and mid June with our dog in the apartment.
