The air conditioner quit working at about 2:00 AM. Maintenance arrived within a very few minutes after we reported the issue. He checked the unit in our apartment, then went up on the roof to fix something, came right back down, and it was perfect. It's worked ever since. Very impressed. It's nice to have such a great response.
Submitted a request to fix the kitchen faucet and stopped up drain in the bathroom sink. Maintenance came within the hour and took care of both requests. Very pleased.
