My experience has been an absolutely horrid one. This man has ripped off my mom and dad, who are 80 and 79. This man took a ton of things from my mom and dad's house (they were moving across the river) including my dad's old train set. He claims it didn't sell, then brings my mom and dad back a train that was NOT my dad's, and just told my brother and I to sue him...He says he doesn't even know if he has the train anymore. Words can not express the heartache this company has caused to a family. Many auction items were my father's who had passed that we only had access to buy through the auction. This companies only communication with the family of when the auction was being held was the very day the auction was held!!! Are you kidding me!! So many things now in the hands of strangers without the family ever having an opportunity to get them.
