Miriam was excellent, I was pretty terrified but she explained everything in detail and tried to put me at ease. Overall I don't know if Brazilians are my thing but I do know I had a great first time with the staff there.

noemi's work is flawless as always, she's done my eyebrows so much justice and in a short span of a few visits my eyebrows already look the best they've ever been, also love the hard wax it's virtually painless. 10/10 recommend to anyone searching for a new waxing studio.

Been here a few times and the individuals providing the services I've never had problems with, they've always made the waxing process fun and comfortable. But the front of house service is TERRIBLE. This is the second time I've scheduled an appointment and had to reschedule because something happened at the studio and received no compensation for the inconvenience to me. Please work on doing ANYTHING to get your customers to return and you would have got 5 stars.
