noemi's work is flawless as always, she's done my eyebrows so much justice and in a short span of a few visits my eyebrows already look the best they've ever been, also love the hard wax it's virtually painless. 10/10 recommend to anyone searching for a new waxing studio.

Been here a few times and the individuals providing the services I've never had problems with, they've always made the waxing process fun and comfortable. But the front of house service is TERRIBLE. This is the second time I've scheduled an appointment and had to reschedule because something happened at the studio and received no compensation for the inconvenience to me. Please work on doing ANYTHING to get your customers to return and you would have got 5 stars.

I very nervous about this appt not knowing what to expect had me shaking but from the time I entered it was very pleasant environment and staff was great Emily put me at ease and was very in tune with my needs she talked me through it and I made it to the end lol I was happy with the results. I will be back in 4 weeks
