We were a "Preferred Customer". Kevin and I purchased our home in December of 2021. We have spent thousands of dollars with Dependable since that purchase including a yearly maintenance agreement, hot water heater cleaning, gas log installation, UV Light for the HVAC and one of the jobs was cleaning the HVAC duct work. June 2020, We own a first floor condo on a golf course in Pawleys Island. We still reside in NJ so our condo is on the rental market with our renters returning year after year filling up most of the summer. Had to use Dependable because of a HVAC issue. Their customer service was great. Their communication on when person was going to show up was also great. Our technician was Kevin. Explained every step and fixed our issue. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend them
Zech Zimmerman and Derek Eifert installed a new AC unit and insulated ductwork in my 120 year old family home. It was obvious these two men were very knowledgeable and took pride in their work.
