We were a "Preferred Customer". Kevin and I purchased our home in December of 2021. We have spent thousands of dollars with Dependable since that purchase including a yearly maintenance agreement, hot water heater cleaning, gas log installation, UV Light for the HVAC and one of the jobs was cleaning the HVAC duct work.
