Dependable Property Management manages the Coquina Palms (CP) HOA. The Members of CP HOA have been shocked at the extremely unprofessional behavior of Principals Angela and Rich P******* including telling members to "shut up." Rich even turned on a homeowner and threatened if he did not "shut up," he'd "pop him." My father died on December 1, 2018. I spent the week before he died in vigil with my mother at *************** medical center in Melbourne Florida ICU. The week after he died I assisted my mother in arranging for his funeral and for various family travel arrangements and accommodations. His funeral was on Friday, December 7, 2018. Dependable propeety management. Is a unethical, unrealiable . Company. They have lost our HOA. Money. By not paying bills on time or at all. They spend hours a day at a bar ams not in odfice. There is no follow up on propeeties tbey manage. No help during crisisi. Like huirricanes. Abaolute the most unprofessional owners.
I have known Rich and Angela and for many years. They are an amazing company and I would highly reccomend them. They deserve your trust for being both competent and diligent. Thanks!
