Terrible customer service. I was treated so poorly by two of the employees who answer the phone. "Slow it down there sweetheart" is what one guy named Mike said to me. Uh, I wasn't speeding. And sweetheart? Seriously?! I asked to speak with the manager and he hung up on me. I called back and Debbie answered the phone. Rude as well. I don't know what's in the water they're drinking down there but keep me away from it. I bought a drum and printer cartridges from them. we recieved a free printer consultation and the best printer we have ever had. Dps toner is inexpensive and has saved us a lot of money since we have switched to the new printer. The dps staff was very polite and professional. Great customer service.
