Always professional and thorough
Continue to be very impressed with this company. Not only have both technicians we've seen been wonderful, they've spent the extra time explaining things to our very curious 8 year old daughter who has a LOT of questions about wasps. Today's tech -- John -- was particularly great and helped reassure her (and also broke open the hive so she could see inside!).
We use Dependable Pest Solutions for all of our household pest control needs. They service my property twice per year for ant and wasps and it has made a tremendous difference. I have also called them out for separate exeterminations of carperter bees as well as a nest that established itself in my shed. Bill has been our primary technicial. He shows up on time, listens to our concerns and needs, conducts himself professionally and does quality work.
Second time using Dependable Pest Service. Excellent order entry system - you get a real person and get schdeuled quickly. The on the road service pro was Bill...second time we had him in the past few years... nice manner...he reviewed the hornet nest situation and took care of it. No more stings for us.
We recently needed to remove the shrink wrap from my boat which had multiple wasp nests under it and called on dependable pest solutions. Skip came to the house, quickly assessed the situation and quickly started tearing it down and destroyed the nest. Few people would have gone through the work he went through and it was very much appreciated. This entire company has always been easy and awesome to work with
