When you have an urgent problem, they do their best to fit you into their schedule and are prompt to answer your call. The office staff keeps you notified of appointments and happy to assist you if you need to reschedule. Skip is an excellent and efficient technician. You will be very satisfied with this company. they helped us clear our attic of flying squirrels. They had to come back a few times to reinforce the one-way traps - those squirrels were determined to get back in. But Dependable Pest saw it through w/expertise until the problem was solved. Greatly appreciate their service & would call them again
