Great company! I called everywhere trying to rent a dumpster for a home project. Every waste company I called didn't have what I needed due to recent hurricanes. I hired this company to install mulch, trim my trees and shrubbery, and mow a back lot. They only did half the mulch, no trimming, nothing else. The owner asked me to pay for the mulch ”which there was half of MY mulch still in the truck. I paid what he asked (which was half of the project), and he promised to come back in two days. I made the mistake of paying him before he did the job. I paid him and he did not complete the job, I have pictures. He has done work for me before and there had been no problem. Now, I have been trying to contact him for 48 hours and he has been ignoring me. I would not recommend him doing anything for you. I am very disappointed in Nate Taylor. As of today May 29th I have received the refund back from Mr. Taylor.
Business response:
In pressure washing homes it is normal for the caulk not to come clean. Caulk typically has to be scrubbed by hand with bleach to clean up. This is not included in our pressure washing packages unless requested. This is the first and only time it has ever been an issue. I mailed a refund check out as soon as possible. This has been taken care of.
