The worst company I've ever dealt with. Michael, "the manager" is rude and doesn't want to listen when a customer has a valid complaint. He will tell you I used bad language, and I sure did, after they ripped me off and then wouldn't listen to me or work with me at all. I called for service and was charged $144.00 and was told nothing was wrong with my AC despite all of the problems I was having with it.
