Brian was so easy to work with! He was able to get out and repair my garage the next day. They kept me informed via text of their arrival time and let me know what needed to be done along with pricing prior to repairs. I was able to easily pay online. Brian kindly made sure my other door was safe to use, explained what I needed to be mindful of regarding future repair needs and longevity of my door. Very polite and patient! The customer service I received from Dependable was fantastic. The scheduling was easy, Joseph called before he arrived, and he did an amazing job. After another company recommended that I replace my garage door completely, Joseph explained through illustration and detail why that wasn’t necessary. He replaced by broken torsion spring, new rod, new cables and bearings all for a reasonable price. Saved me at least $1000. Thanks for the great service and warranty Joseph and team!
