I have worked there for a few years and then retired to TN. I love the people that I worked with. Of course as any job you don't always see eye to eye. The owner is kind and loving. They help out others (like your small ma and pa businesses) that really can't afford much. If you have any questions about fire safety and protections they are the ones to ask.
