The lady at the front desk gave off a weird vibe before she could get to know me she Instantly looked at my hair which was partially covered with an approval of a nurse wrap cap. I was up to par with dress code and just came to get an application and she was so busy focused on what and how I looked. She didn’t even ask my name.
Went to visit a friend who has your services, and your caregiver was a no show for 3 days and my friend was soaked in urine , that is unacceptable, you should not be in business if you have lowlifes like that working for you
The office is always nice ,and clean smelling fresh. The reception is always nice, and friendly ,and have a smile. I never have to hold on my phone for a long period of time to speak with someone. If I have a problem they always resolve it and a timely manner. I feel very comfortable with them. I feel they are very reliable.
