My car is still in Minnesota and they charged my $95 pick-up fee if I want to get my car back from them. Such a ridiculous thing happened in US. Anyone could let me know how can deal with this? Should I sue this company for break of contract?
Our car arrived more than a week late to our new state. As a result, my family had to wake up at 530am to take me to the bus stop and pick me up after work too. When u try to call DAS, there's no answer, always voicemail. They don't try to call you back with the status either. There was one time a woman answered and the status was "Hmm the car should be shipped already but it's still here with us not loaded.."
