Be prepared to wait. Guaranteed multiple appointments that they won't show up to. When asked they'll say they reached out to you but you didn't answer. They like the excuse that they are waiting on parts, and then oh the wrong one came in, and then oh that ome was broken. Ive never left a bad review nefore but this was the worst service experience ever. I was even told that "oh he may come out on Saturdays I'll give you his number so you can call and convince him". its been over a month and still waiting.

Have a brand new Clothes dryer that I purchased in April. So the clothes dryer is basically brand new, it stopped heating. I called GE they called Dependable about a week after the dryers went down. Dependable shows up, put a part on it At the service, Tech got off of their truck note they did not have to order it. I already had the part on the truck. Fast and prompt service. They worked on my Amana stove on order of the Amana corporation, a warranty job, the same day Amana placed the work order. Just a switch, ordered part and it came in quickly. They came out the same day the part arrived.

Honestly an awful company. The multiple women on the phone were so rude to speak to. The man running the whole thing seemed nice but the men in the trucks that I’ve seen multiple times were awfully mean and rude. The whole experience is expensive, un-needed, and generally not friendly. Would never recommend using these people.

Top rate same day service. Under warranty with Frigidaire, Ken had the part needed on his truck and fixed my refrigerator in under 15 minutes. Very personable, too!
