Let's just start off by saying, I don't want a particular guy from this company back at my house. First of all, he accused me of throwing something in my washer that was putting black marks on my clothes. Then he rolled his eyes when I told him that I DO use the clean washer cycle. Nothing good to say! Dont bother with this company
Hello everyone, so my fiancée called these people for repair on her appliance. The service charge was 100 dollars, which meant a “technician” drives to your home and simply takes a picture of the serial number and says “we will be in touch”. Afterwards the appliance repair is almost $1,000 dollars… combined with labor. They say that your 100 dollars will go towards it but why? The whole purpose of an “appliance repair” is for what? Be prepared to wait. Guaranteed multiple appointments that they won't show up to. When asked they'll say they reached out to you but you didn't answer. They like the excuse that they are waiting on parts, and then oh the wrong one came in, and then oh that ome was broken. Ive never left a bad review nefore but this was the worst service experience ever. I was even told that "oh he may come out on Saturdays I'll give you his number so you can call and convince him". its been over a month and still waiting.
