One day response, cost of job done was same as quoted over the 'phone. Friendly servicemen, worked quickly and competently. Happy with the job and the service.
Okay service, horrendous price. The lady i spoke too on the phone was nice. She took my information and told me they'd pass it along and someone would call to book a time to help me with my issue. I was gonna ask for an estimated cost on that call. But that call never happened. The technician just showed up and did it. He was really nice and did a good job to be clear, he's not the reason for the 1 star. He said it'd cost an hour of his time and the cost of a part he replaced. I said okay cool. My business has been working with Depend-A-Door for years to keep our bay doors working well. I called them up on Friday to have the doors tuned and a booking was made for Tuesday. A technician showed up the same day (Friday) and quickly solved a few issues and tuned the other doors. All for a very reasonable price.
