Absolutely pathetic excuse of a practice. Very unprofessional, their “scheduling call center” doesn’t know what they’re doing and completely sabotages necessary appointments. Staff is very nonchalant lacks empathy, runs behind and doesn’t take accountability for their mistakes. I was 5 minutes late for LABWORK (i didn’t realize my appointment was at 2:10) at 2:15 they were refusing to do my labs after i fasted all day, and they scheduled me for an ANNUAL physical last week at 3:15 when their lab apparently closed at 3:30 tha... read more
Definitely a great experience every time I come here! They’re fast and efficient.
I’ve had the worst time getting ahold of anyone to reschedule my appointment. I put in a request last week called over 10-15 times. Phone just rings and rings. I work so how am I supposed to come in if yall close early.
