My provider is very caring, but at the last telehealth visit she didn’t show up. I waited for an hour before hanging up. No one from the office called me until almost 2 hours later. I tired to call them 4x without anyone answering. All I got was the call service who could not help me, except to connect me to the office where no one picks up the phone. When I was finally called, I was told that my provider would be able to do the telehealth visit in 30 mins. Again, she was a no show and again I couldn’t get through to anyone.... read more
