Impossible to get anybody on the phone, and when you do, nobody knows anything and nobody can’t help. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I have been calling the last two weeks to get the authorization from his Doctors for one of my father’s heart medication, I been on the phone for hours( today I was caller #2 and caller #1 for over 30 min until they closed the clinic and no one answered the phone but said to call tomorrow during their work hours) unless they were reading a book to the previous customer there is no way I should be on hold for 30 min being caller number one!! Después de muchos años regreso por una cita programada a la 1:45. Son4:17 pm y aún no viene el doctor. No ha cambiado nada. Todo es horrible aquí , Ojalá cambien de administración .

I loved Dr Hamid…but the staff not so much. I called to make an appointment for my sick child and was told the nurse would call me back she never called. I called again and was told to wait for the nurse who never called. If I didn’t take my baby to pediatric urgent care I wouldn’t have known she had an ear infection. That right there told me this was not the place for us and you have to pay for parking. Never going back…..EVER!!!
