Good place see doctor, i get my blood work there., i see the GYN., i see the dentist there.
Impossible to get anybody on the phone, and when you do, nobody knows anything and nobody can’t help. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
I have been calling the last two weeks to get the authorization from his Doctors for one of my father’s heart medication, I been on the phone for hours( today I was caller #2 and caller #1 for over 30 min until they closed the clinic and no one answered the phone but said to call tomorrow during their work hours) unless they were reading a book to the previous customer there is no way I should be on hold for 30 min being caller number one!!
