My mother had an appointment today with Dr. Mark W. The nurse decided to personally go out of her way to cancel it according to the reception. After being given the paperwork. We were never told it was the doctor appointment was not going to be in the New Salem location. Not only that this is the second time the nurse has over stepped her boundaries. I love Ascension St. Thomas. I make sure that all of my doctors are affiliated with them. I can say that all of the doctors that I've been to (except for one- Houck) were very kind and attentive.
