Great staff, great patience. Good people, this VA is super efficient, I have been coming to Ventura VA since it opened and before that I used Oxnard, and have never waited more than 10 min on an appointment. I have done several walk-ins and waited max 20/30 minutes. Great group of people. They are patient, and kind.
Much better than I expected not worth driving to Sepulveda or West LA for stuff that can be handled up here staffers new so they treat you like gold right now give it time but hopefully it don't change
I Have been going here since it opened.. The facility was Extremely Understaffed for approximately 1.5 yrs and now just Understaffed especially with GP NP's DO. Watson has been Very knowledgeable, Professional, Kind, understanding, Extremely helpful in guidance & Personally making sure I am scheduled correctly! Easy access, no wait t9 be checked in and called, not busy, not crowded, plenty of seats in the lobby, airy open space, pleasant staff, very clean environment
Very nice people. Nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone in less than an hour holding or get an appt within 2 months of requested appt. And the doctor cancels and I have to do it all over again. What's the point?
