The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER had within the VA system. I've been treated at the VA in Florida, Portland, OR and NC and I'm absolutely spoiled at the way this clinic has treated me and handled my appointments. I have been trying to get a primary care doctor for over six months. They constantly cancel my appointments without a phone call, text or email aside from the system generated one the VA sends you and they have consistently refused, and yes I mean refused care. They don't have all the rooms with doctors but at least we don't have to go to Sepulveda or West LA for teeth or hearing.
I'm a service Disable veteran, myself. I am writing this review with the hope that the higher ups actually do something about the lack absolute poor service being provided to our local veterans! Recently I had a simple eye appointment, that I scheduled and showed up 15 minutes early to checked in and took my seat. After 45 minutes of waiting, I went back to the check-in to hear oh they must be business.
