They put decent guy in there for accident throwing phone. 23 YEARS.
I went to visit a family at napa state for the first time and it smelled terrible in the dining area and it shouldn't smell like that because people have to eat in there if they bring food and whoever suppose to be cleaning it is not doing a good job i don't care if they feel the patience have mental issues and don't notice the odor it still shouldn't smell like that period.
The Cramps live at Napa State Hospital 1978 brought me here.
