The absolute worse utility company I’ve ever experienced… not only do they not take responsibility for their readers charging me $718 for the month of July they push responsibilities on the management at the apartments even though they had everything electrical changed…. They all say just the same thing and refuse to believe they have any faults or errors in their ways…. 0/10 do not recommend
Easy to start service, the lady at the front desk (far left) was so incredibly helpful and kind. Our power went out during a freak hail storm and it was restored in less than half an hour. I am grateful for this power company, you never know how much you need them until the power goes out!
If I could give 0 stars I would- there’s constant power outages multiple times a year at least once a month, sometimes the outages make sense but most of the time they don’t I swear you can just look at the power funny and it’ll go out, takes hours if not way longer to fix, they don’t really seem to keep track of any issues or potential issues until a good chunk of those affected by it report it, there seems to be zero urgency on their part to fix it even when there’s severe temperatures, and I know a couple of people who ha... read more
Moved here 3 months ago and have paid so much just to Dpu. Started out on a $650 deposit and never ever owed any utilities or have I ever lived in South Carolina. Was late now I got another $85 deposit. I can’t wait to leave this place.
