I don't understand how one company can have a monopoly on essential services like power, water, and gas!!! The price fluctuations are ridiculous!!! And we don't have an option to go anywhere else for service.... so they can do whatever they want, with no one to compete with or to keep them honest!!! I thought monopolizing essentials was illegal!!!
If I could Id put no stars this is sad living only 2 blocks from the police department an post office but yet we are out of power still
