I don't understand how one company can have a monopoly on essential services like power, water, and gas!!! The price fluctuations are ridiculous!!! And we don't have an option to go anywhere else for service.... so they can do whatever they want, with no one to compete with or to keep them honest!!! I thought monopolizing essentials was illegal!!!
If I could Id put no stars this is sad living only 2 blocks from the police department an post office but yet we are out of power still
Literally the worst power company i've ever had in terms of power outages (i've had more power outages with them in the past year alone then i've had with all of the other ones over years combined)- at least once a month if not more it goes out wether for a reason or more often then not without a reason (no rain, no wind, no nothing just existing is apparently enough to make it go out) and at the worst possible times too. Before obtaining services you MUST pay a large deposit. So why does it take 4 to 6 weeks to get YOUR deposit back. Dpu is the worst
