Kathy H in hematology (Cafuir nurse) is the best nurse. She handles so many concerns for my daughter, is so wise and patient. We think she can do anything for us when we call.
Employees behind the counter to check you in are all one their personal cell phones and having personal conversation as patients wait. I went to Radiation on T floor and Debra was on her phone and finally looked up to see me standing there with my husband in a wheelchair. Now at the infusion center check- in same thing employees on their cell phones. That should not be allowed during working hours.
Family member was referred to this location and have had multiple issues with getting appointments, losing medical documentation and not prepared. Appointments are scheduled via phone and doctor nor nurse show up. Not a caring doctor office.
