Je n’ai jamais eu un service téléphonique aussi exécrable. Je me suis fait référer à cette clinique pour un problème médical et je n'ai jamais réussi à expliquer mon problème ou à avoir un rendez-vous. Absolument pathétique. Lors de mon premier appel, j’ai été surpris de constater que la personne au bout du fil ne comprenait pas le français. C'est illégal au Québec. Je n'ai pas le niveau d'anglais pour pouvoir expliquer mes problèmes médicaux, c'est des termes trop compliquées. Elle ne comprenait même pas les mots « jeunesse... read more

I would like to thank my doctor — Jérémie Côté-Boivin. I waited almost five years to get a family doctor, and everyone knows how difficult this is in Quebec. But even after being assigned a doctor, there is always the worry — what kind of doctor will he be?
