Very Helpful and nice staff
I have been trying for months to get a certified copy of my name change. It Is impossible to reach anyone by phone, my calls go unreturned, and I have sent multiple people to the office on my behalf on multiple occasions, but nobody is ever there during the posted hours of operation. US citizens have a right to obtain our documentation and Allegheny County is depriving me of this right!
Called to get a copy of my name change, but no one picked up so I left a message. Next day I got a call back and the person on the other side was very patient with me. He was able to find my documents quickly and was able to help me from there with ease.
