I was a resident of Vista del Mar from 1990ro 1992 during the time that I was there I was bullied by my by my peers specially in the taper unit which was the girls cottage at the time and by the handler boys ! I was made fun and bullied because of the way I looked I was a little bit overweight and also the shape of my nose everybody thought that my nose looked like the nose of a pig ! Foster care stopped checking up on me and siblings back in 2017 and i recently turned 18 just now and they are telling me that they can not assist me and give numbers that purposely do not answer calls
