This was a horrifying experience. They could not get the order of testing right to save a life. Nurses dropping Fbombs, disscussing which doctor is having an affair with which nursewithin earshot. Meds were a disaster and discharge to Life Care did not have an effective plan. All this after spending two days in the ER prior to admission. I could go on, but you get the picture.

If you go to your Dr for anything urgent and they want to send you to a hospital for tests that can only be done in the ER… DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. I got there @ 1 and by 9:30 I walked out without being seen by anyone but the phlebotomist. I might have a heart condition but I guess it can wait. This place is only for absolute dire circumstances. My wife’s left side of her face is numb head numb and they kept up waiting 5 hours in the waiting room after her insulin pump ran out we told the nurse at 615pm they said they would check her sugar and at 815 still no insulin and blood sugar of 500. I had to rush home and bring medicine to the HOSPITAL. Now here we are 24 hours later still in the same room with no update ! If you care for your loved ones I urge you don’t ever bring them here !

I not one to write reviews but the care the team gave me in the ER was one of the best I have received in a long time. The nurse Kerry deserves a raise! Her comforting nature put me at ease right away! She cared for me as her own and it showed as I told her 100 times today she one of kind and should be proud of who she is and how she does her job she’s more than as assist to that team and I hope someone in charge see this and does something with it!
