The reviewer named Kelsey Fish has completely stalled the permitting of a home im attempting to build in Windsor Park. Their department is a joke and slowing the investments into many communities that need it! What used to take a week, now takes over a month to get permits on a home. Have asked for a supervisor’s number several times, but they guard that info with their lives.

They could stop bothering and hassling families who are trying to beautify their neighborhoods with fines and threats.
No use at all! I have an abandoned house next to my property, who knows how long it has been that, and nothing seems to get done. I have made numerous requests to the department to help me clean up the neighborhood, and nothing. This is even after sending them photographs of the known issues. Investigations happen and then they are voided after viewing the Indianapolis Citizen Access portal.
