There are many dental offices around the Kentuckiana area, but I don't think any can compare to the friendliness and service you get at Denzinger. Starting with the lady at the front desk, the live phone call reminder, the hygienist, the denists, and even the lady that gives you the estimates on dental work! WOW, I actually enjoy going to the dentist now!
Very caring staff. They thoroughly explain everything and genuinely care about your health. I heard one of the doctors and assistants working on a young boy qho was scared. They used vocabulary to help him understand and were very aware of him being timid about his procedure. They did a fantastic job reassuring him and proceeded at a pace that made him make it through the procedure. They praised him for his toughness and bravery! Great bedside manners.
I have been a patient for over 10 years. Everyone is professional and friendly. I took my 5 year old nephew for an appointment at the same time as mine. They are extremely patient with him. I have had several procedures and they always want the results to be the best possible. Dr. Sarah told when I had a bridge done that she didn’t want it to be just okay, she wanted me to love it. And I do. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an excellent dental team.
