Respect for the medical team in there but the billing department… all I’m going to say is get it together.
Our experience with Denville Surgery Center was a mix of excellent medical care and terrible billing issues. The doctors and staff were great, and we felt our sons received quality care during their tonsil surgeries. However, the billing process was a nightmare. Because the procedures happened right after our insurance deductible reset, we had to pay $5,200 upfront.
