Fantastic care - really listen to moms
The office staff and all of the providers are wonderful and the office provides a warm and inviting space for children of all ages to be comfortable and have fun during and after their appointments. All three of my children have been patients for many years and they adore Denville Pediatrics.
I try to like this place but I’m losing my patience. It’s all about the revenue and billing. Up charging after 4 o’clock and on Saturdays when you know working parents only have that available time. And when you go in for a sick visit they won’t ask you about your child’s general health Because that’s another billable visit. And then you called to reschedule a well visit and you get guilted by the receptionist because the doctor really wanted to see her. I went to Denville as a child and made the decision to bring my girls there. They are amazing, caring and beyond thorough, catching issues quickly. I live several towns away and would never change. Dr. Dana specifically is amazing at relating to my teen!
We love every doctor we have seen since our son was born. They are so cheerful and friendly while making sure to give clear information and to address any concerns we might have. The nurses and office staff were also so friendly and gentle. I can tell our son will love this practice as he grows and he will definitely not want to leave the waiting room area!
