To start - good experience. I left with my feet taped and their follow up to secure authorization from the insurance company to cast orthotics. It's been 4 months, repeated calls and no responses. The follow up care was atrocious. I have great insurance where I don't even need an authorization for an MRI! I even told them my husband has orthotics paid by the insurance company and we are on the same insurance. They have AI answering the phones now as well so you can't even talk to a human. I love Dr. Hennessy. I've had many doctors over the years, but he's one of the best. Beyond knowledgeable and professional, he has the ultimate bedside manner. He's always making you feel warm and comfortable. He has done surgery on my feet and this is the man you want on your side. He also has a great support team. I was recently engaging with Erin and Tom. Both were extremely helpful. Everyone there is great!
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Hennessy and his staff. From the moment I walked into the office until my appointment was over, I was treated with professionalism and personal respect. Dr. Hennessy took the time to listen to my concerns. He offered me "options" for the reason I was seeking his medical recommendation. Dr Hennessy and his assistance were all friendly and very capable at their jobs. I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time and everything went well. I would recommend Dr Hennessy to others looking for a podiatrist.
