very nice comfortable everybody there is very friendly staff clean washrooms good breakfast so I would recommend to stay in there
The worst hotel, my card was stolen 600 dollars I hired a room for four nights and they made me leave my card open to load the deposit. They made two improper charges for 300 dollars each, for a total of 600 dollars, I went down to reception to talk to the manager and he told me that they would be responsible, that I return to Mexico quietly, I did so and today there are 8 days not They have returned my money, I speak on the phone and nobody solves me, they prefer to hang up the call. The worst hotel! Do not stay here!
I’ve stayed at some bad hotels before but this one took the cake. This place is an absolute DUMP. I would of rather stayed in my car than stay in one of those beat up, gross hotel rooms. There was blood on the wall in the bathroom, wall paper coming off, all the furniture was ripped and torn up. If I was the owner of this place I’d just bulldozer the building down and sell the land. Don’t stay here folks!!!
No furniture in the suites!! Only a desk chair and desk. Management thinks it is acceptable to put customers in suites with no couch, chair, table etc. I don’t like putting my stuff on the floor. Supposedly furniture is due the end of August. I was incredulous. Crummy way to treat customers.
Got a reservation in the early morning with no problem! The staff are very accommodating and super nice. Pete was super helpful. They even allowed my cat to stay with a small fee! Also the breakfast was perfect! Thanks for everything 😊
I was checked into an already occupied room (11:30 PM) and really startled the poor lady sleeping in the bed. Staff needs more training. Maybe system improvement? Hotel is overdue for renovation, rooms and furnishings are in rough shape.
Absolutely LOVE this hotel and their staff! My husband and I came for a week while on our honeymoon. The staff was very accommodating and so nice! They definitely made our stay super enjoyable. If we ever come back to Denver, we know exactly where we will be staying! They were doing some floor work around the elevators with I guess a jack hammer, and that was super annoying, but we didn’t even care because everything else was perfect! 😂 Seriously, we highly recommend this hotel!
The front desk advisor Savannah is AWESOME! Very helpful. Hotel is clean & smells clean. A few of the front desk advisors have no personalitys. But other than a couple minor issues things were great. Complementary breakfast & dinner���
