great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was told about the salon by a friend. i work near there and had never even seen it. its tucked in there. everyone is super nice. i got my hair done by ashley, who does 2 girls hair that i work with. i was just as happy as they were, she really knew what i wanted. i will for sure be going back!
Worst Experience I have ever had in a salon DONT GO, Worst experience I have ever had in a salon. I had by haircut by Natalie. We agreed to keep my hair at shoulder length and she cut it 3 inches above, the style was supposed to be a long bob but I looked like a kid whose mother cut her hair with a bowl on her head. We agreed to cut my bangs just above my eyebrows, she cut them very thick and one inch above. Her comment was that is would grow back. Great salon!! I love my hair!! Was a little worried about the price, however in the end I got what I asked for and I will be back for my next service. If you're looking for a fun, upbeat, talented salon, I found it. Good job!!
PERFECTION I have never been to a salon with more class. The owner was working the day I walked in and he was so nice. He offered drinks and was very prompt. I sat down in the chair and my stylist and I had a very long convo about what i wanted. Ashly did just that and I have never been happier!! They were so great to me and they deserve 5 stars and more! Everyone their worked as a team and all the hair dressers were very composed!!!! I love this salon and will be returning
I absolutely love this salon! Have been going here for a year now and would recommend it to anyone! I have landed with a stylist that I love. Her name is Mackenzie. She is just great and always has new funky ways to do my hair. No matter when i call the staff there always makes it work for my schedule and hers. I love this salon and it is also very close to shopping so i can do all my errands at one time! Please go try it you will be pleased!
I love this place! Ignore all the other comments and just try it. I recently moved here and needed a new place. When I called the receptionist was very helpful asking about my hair type and what i wanted to do so I could have the right stylist. I have wavy blonde hair and sometimes it is hard to deal with. Ondrea is the BEST – I just got a complete color/cut re-do. Went from natural blonde to dark brown and it looks BEAUTIFUL. The cut/style is unbelievable. I explained to Ondrea what I like and don't like with my hair, and she turned it into the best haircut I've ever had. If you have a vision and aren't afraid to try something new... go to Ondrea. She's incredibly talented! (Fun to talk to, too)
STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE SALON!!! – SERIOUSLY - THIS IS THE WORST HAIR SALON THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! They charged me over $300 and did not do what I wanted - and I am a professional singer/signed recording artist, so my hair is pretty important to my career! This place overcharges and under delivers so STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!! Their prices are outrageous and their services suck!!! I have NEVER been so disgusted with my hair color - they totally screwed me and I most definitely reported them to the Denver BBB!!!
The owner is nasty if you do not like your haircut! – My family went to Denver West Hair Salon. My son's hair looked really bad, his bangs were cut really short (which was not what I had asked for) and they were uneven. The rest of his hair was also uneven looking. When I said I was unhappy with it, the hair stylist was argumentative. She said "I only cut a 1/2 inch", and "his bangs can't be even because he has a cowlick".
