I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is. Despite being officially discharged and even receiving a discharge letter confirming I am no longer in their system, I continue to receive bills from their billing department. Not only has this happened once, but I’ve had to ask twice for the charges to stop—and they are still adding money to my account.
