Dr. Norton is fabulous! Her whole team works well together.
Professional and courteous staff. Comfortable office. Dr. Norton is very knowledgeable and efficient and she is very kind and considerate.
I have never experienced such poor front-desk management or lack of basic professionalism. Today I drove across town in rush-hour traffic after work for a follow-up appointment at 4:15pm. I walked through the door at 4:24pm… 9 minutes late, which is within the 10-minute grace period that is literally posted on their front desk. Instead of being helped, the front desk woman (who has been incompetent at every visit I’ve had) got up and disappeared for 5 minutes and sent someone else to deal with me.
