After over 40 years of smoking, I quit by going through the HypNoSmoke process with Frank Oden. I am very pleased to be where I am today. Being a non-smoker is much easier than I would have predicted. Fear played a big factor for me not quitting for all these decades. Fear about how hard it would be, fear if I wasn't successful in quitting, etc. All those issues and more are addressed with Frank. It was truly the best money I ever spent.
To be honest, for a variety of reasons, I chose not to quit at the end of the process but I'm grateful for the experience and in hindsight I think I'd have signed up anyway. Many of the insights I gained here were invaluable. Seriously, Frank is a good dude. If you're thinking about quitting, don't think about it just do it!
Frank was able to provide me the tools to stop my nicotine addiction! 50+ years of being addicted to some form of nicotine, either cigarettes, gum or lozenges. Lozenges being the latest for the past 10-12 years. Great tool to stop smoking, bad tool to kick nicotine. When my habit became 40-50 lozenges a day, it was time to quit.
