I participated in a group webinar led by Frank Oden and throughout the session, I found myself having a deeper understanding of addiction and the mindset that drives it. But most importantly, he gave us insight toward a mindset that offsets the desire (impulse) for tobacco use. I left the session with tools and I look forward to continuing counseling under his direction.
Frank Oden 's presentation and approach to quitting smoking are excellent and easy to incorporate. I needed a booster as I was starting to "cheat". Frank put my head back on straight. Thank you.

After over 40 years of smoking, I quit by going through the HypNoSmoke process with Frank Oden. I am very pleased to be where I am today. Being a non-smoker is much easier than I would have predicted. Fear played a big factor for me not quitting for all these decades. Fear about how hard it would be, fear if I wasn't successful in quitting, etc. All those issues and more are addressed with Frank. It was truly the best money I ever spent.
