Jason is a top notch accountant and always gives great advice and delivers on time with a high level of customer service. I highly recommend working with him.
I had a horrible experience working with Denver Tax Advisor, specifically Minesh. There were many mistakes on our tax return and he refused to answer our questions and help with an amendment after the fact. He has been impossible to get a hold of and unhelpful if and when we do. He was supposed to provide tax advise on our investment properties and instead he didn't even get our dependents right. I will never use DTA again.
I do not recommend working with Cathy Mueller. I cannot speak for the rest of the team as she is a new addition to Denver Tax Advisor. I have worked with her before she joined the team and she has since severed our provider/client relationship. We have worked with her for a couple of years now and we were confident in working with her again this year. Unfortunately, I've come to realize that she's been holding onto some resentment. Was too busy for appointment.
I've been using Jason Billingsley and DTA, for the past 6+ years. My experience has always been great. His communication is super and if you get your items to him on time you will receive your taxes done on time. He gives strong tax advice and financial guidance and not many firms can manage this. I moved my business over to DTA after spending an Easter Sunday at my old CPA's office- not hunting for eggs with my kids. Corp & Personal done right. Thank you, Charlie
