We have been unable to reach our advisor, Minesh. He has not answered emails, provided paperwork or done any of the strategic planning that he promised when we first met. Very poor communication and very disappointed.
Jason is a top notch accountant and always gives great advice and delivers on time with a high level of customer service. I highly recommend working with him.
I had a horrible experience working with Denver Tax Advisor, specifically Minesh. There were many mistakes on our tax return and he refused to answer our questions and help with an amendment after the fact. He has been impossible to get a hold of and unhelpful if and when we do. He was supposed to provide tax advise on our investment properties and instead he didn't even get our dependents right. I will never use DTA again.
I do not recommend working with Cathy Mueller. I cannot speak for the rest of the team as she is a new addition to Denver Tax Advisor. I have worked with her before she joined the team and she has since severed our provider/client relationship. We have worked with her for a couple of years now and we were confident in working with her again this year. Unfortunately, I've come to realize that she's been holding onto some resentment.
