Overall my care at Denver Springs Changes Westminster was great, but they discharged me over the silliest reasons. They said I self harmed, but it was more of a scratch than anything. And they said I wasn't making progress from the beginning, but that was nothing, but a big ole lie. I was making progress in fact I was feeling better than ever, but they discharged me too soon to know the truth.
No one wants to be in this position. When my kiddo needed to be, I was terrified. The fact that they were a newer facility worried me. But I couldn't have asked for better. Ryan and Michael gave us the tools we needed to move forward. Michael connected with my niece in ways I couldn't, and got them to open up. We still use things they taught us, months later.
