I was in town visiting my daughter, Lexi recently. She has been raving about how the recovery center has been such a vital factor in her overall athletic recovery and maintenance! I was able to experience it first hand and I cannot rave enough about this facility and the staff. Chris went above and beyond spending atleast 45 minutes with me preparing me with way to recover from my upcoming shoulder surgery. Definitely worth checking out!!
This place is great, access to state of the Art Exercise recovery therapy, friendly staff, great resource for recovering and preparing for your next training session! Thanks David Vandeport for letting me know about DSR, nice piece in anyone's training regimen.
Joel was amazing my first time. Very knowledgable, worked with me for almost 2 hours and offered very helpful suggestions. Didn't push any pricing packages, which I appreciated and makes me eager to come back!
