I rented with Denver rental for 18 months. Jacob sheets our property manager was horrible and unresponsive. We had problems with our fire place for the first 4 months and found out Jacob was telling people it was user error. After new valves and mother board our issue were gone. We tried to schedule an exit walk through for 2 weeks and no response so we turned in our keys. They showed the place after we moved out then charged us $400 to re-clean the place.
