I am so scared and nervous but decided to do the implant without meds. Dr Richardson was EXCELLENT. Very understanding and compassionate. Bobby (i think was her name) the assistant was also very kind and comforting. Highly recommend this place and these people. Thank you for being so understanding.
What does not make me happy is our experience. We went in, on recommendation from our Dentist, so, we believed we were having a Consultation. They billed our Insurance for an Exam, and it was not entirely covered, so we were stuck with paying for this Exam. To have clear communication in this day and age is definitely an experience going to the way side. While under the care of Dr. Heather Richardson at Denver Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in Centennial CO, about a week following surgery, my pain began to increase over the weekend. When the pain became unbearable on Sunday morning, I texted Dr. Richardson and within minutes, she had arranged for me to meet her and an her assistant, Bobbi, at her office in about an hour. Dr Petroche was great. I was very apprehensive about the procedure but she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything. So glad I went to this group.
This was an understandably difficult experience for me transitioning from just a few teeth left in my upper mouth (they all had to come out) to a full set of gleaming new teeth. However, Dr. Petroche was truly wonderful to work with - she was professional yet so compassionate and met my wished-for deadline of having my teeth in place before my departure on an overseas trip.
