I saw Dr. Richardson for a second opinion regarding a tooth that might require extraction and an implant. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Richardson and her entire staff were professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!! I contacted them a year ago for a second opinion for a price for a gum graft surgery. There cost quoted was outrageous, and I wasn't interested in pursuing. They then sent me a bill. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. Long story short I had a bunch of injuries over the years to my front teeth. Dr Petroche was my surgeon and I have to admit I was not the easiest patient to deal with at first. I had to get the surgery but I wasn’t ready to quite nicotine or soda. The first surgery did not go well, that was because I did not take the post op instructions seriously enough. I am so scared and nervous but decided to do the implant without meds. Dr Richardson was EXCELLENT. Very understanding and compassionate. Bobby (i think was her name) the assistant was also very kind and comforting. Highly recommend this place and these people. Thank you for being so understanding.
What does not make me happy is our experience. We went in, on recommendation from our Dentist, so, we believed we were having a Consultation. They billed our Insurance for an Exam, and it was not entirely covered, so we were stuck with paying for this Exam. To have clear communication in this day and age is definitely an experience going to the way side.
