If 0 starts was an option I would have used it. These people are Slumlords. Once they get you in the property they talk to you and treat you terribly. My children are sick due to the condition of the property before we moved in. I have begged for them to release me from my lease for the sake of my children’s health and have been refused. They will move you into a property that is literally falling apart and then blame you and attempt to “Sue” you for damages! If you have any other option I would use it.
LOVED my little condo in DTC!! I rented from these folks for several years until I relocated to Florida. Very professional, courteous service! Danna Roberts maintains her properties nicely! I highly recommend!
