Impossible to reach on the phone, was told by one person (Glenda) that “I need to book more services” on top of getting my radiators cleaned. Before the first clean they are already trying to get more money, then when I follow up they say they don’t clean radiators-the only thing I needed cleaned in the first place. Almost a month of run-around on the phone just trying to get ahold of someone. Ivonne and owner Hannah are extremely incompetent with their business.
Unfortunately a bad experience from their booking and payment team to the cleaning. Got a quote from them but didn’t confirm with credit card but they still showed up. I got confused thinking they were Handy but either way they ended up cleaning. The team only cleaned for 3 hours and did a sub-par job. They wanted to charge me for hours the team didn’t even clean - luckily I have a ring camera. On April 21, Jovita and her team (Team 5) came and, as usual, were very thorough, did a great job, were happy to help with extra cleaning. They are trustworthy and nice to have around.
